This Friday, we introduce the 10 Chairs Incubator Chef Series—an intimate dinner series created to give emerging chefs a meaningful platform to cook, experiment, and grow.

We’re returning to what defines 10 Chairs at its core:

one table, ten guests, and a chef cooking start to finish for the room.

Our first dinner features Chef Maximiliano Llorente, a notorious Wall Street mogul during the day and passionate, highly skilled cook with a refined command of technique and flavor at night. Expect classic, comforting dishes, executed with care and precision.

This is a seated, communal dinner for guests who value thoughtful food and discovering talent early.
