Chai Tini
Our signature Chai-Tini stole the show at Mile 14—and now, it’s yours to make. Equal parts sweet and smooth, it’s the perfect pick-me-up whether you’re post-run or just post-work.
Ingredients
• 2 oz CHAA Masala Chai (brewed and cooled)
• 1 oz Sweet Japanese Sake
• 0.75 oz Kahlúa
• 2 dashes Cardamom Bitters
• Optional: milk foam or a dollop of whipped cream for garnish

Instructions
1. Brew the Masala Chai if using loose leaf or concentrate. Let it cool to room temperature or chill it for a cold cocktail.
2. In a shaker filled with ice, combine the chai, sake, Kahlúa, and cardamom bitters.
3. Shake vigorously for about 10 seconds.
4. Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass (depending on preference).
5. Garnish with a light layer of milk foam or whipped cream, and optionally dust with a pinch of ground cardamom or nutmeg.
